Yesterday, I had the great pleasure of appearing on Tarot Talk, an internet radio show hosted by my two friends, Raven and Georgie. I really enjoy their interviews because they are Tarot readers themselves, and consequently, ask the best questions.

In this interview, we covered the Viking Runes and talked about the interviews that I do here on my blog.

If you’ve never had your cards read – and you’re curious about how it goes, listen to the second half of the program in particular.  That’s when I do free mini-readings. Usually, in this type of situation I’m supposed to turn over only one card, but I actually give each caller a full 10-card Celtic Cross so I can be as thorough as possible in a short time.

Speaking of Free Readings, I was never able to connect with the people whose names I drew out of the hat for a free half hour reading with me in April.  Consequently, I’m giving away TWO free readings in May, so watch your inbox.  The subject line of the winning emails will say: “NOT SPAM! You Won a Free Tarot Reading with LucyD of OnlyTarot.net

GOOD LUCK!! and enjoy the show below. Just press on the little triangle to “play”:

Ho’oponopono – the Ancient Art Reappears

From 1987 to 1993 Dr. Hew Len, PhD worked at the Hawaii State Hospital in the ward for the criminally insane. Before he was hired, the hospital could not keep a psychologist on staff for more than a month.

Dr. Hew Len would come to work, observe the patients as he walked into his office and close the door. He never treated anyone directly.  And yet, within a year and a half, the isolation rooms had been shut down and the patients were able to care for themselves.

Within the four years he was there, many of the patients went home, and the ward was eventually closed down completely.

How did he do it? He practiced the ancient art of Ho’oponopono — what I like to call a “context for your life.”  It’s not religion, it’s not philosophy, it’s more like the Japanese “bushido.”

When practicing Ho’oponopono, we begin by acknowledging that all minds are one.  This is the concept that began Dr. Hew Len’s journey to healing the violent patients at the Hawaii State Hospital.  He thought deeply about what it was in his mind that created the criminals he was there to work with.  Then, through the simple path of Ho’oponopono, he would “come clean” with himself, and the effects would instantly reach his patients.

There are not many “contexts for your life” like this in the world, and the few that exist are all equally powerful.

Join me in talking with Dr. Hew Len and learn about this ancient art, and how you can begin healing yourself and others right now.

You can learn more about Ho’oponopono here.
